Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact

  • Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance sales


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@qwertyco.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).

  2. Our customer service team will review the request and guide you through the return process.

Please do not send the item back without receiving confirmation and instructions from our support team.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details to issue a refund via bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@qwertyco.in.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted)
