Shipping Locations

We currently ship all over India. For international shipping requests, please contact us at support@qwertyco.in before placing your order.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Delivery Time: 4–7 business days depending on your location and the courier service

  • Customized Orders: May take additional 2–3 days

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹999

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section after logging into your account on our website.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors like weather, festivals, or courier service disruptions.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@qwertyco.in and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.


Delivery Address Errors

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided during checkout.

If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the package hasn’t shipped yet.
